1⃣ Rinse the filter paper with hot water to remove any papery flavors.
2⃣ Add the coffee to the funnel and distribute it evenly.
3⃣ Pour 50 ml of water and leave it for 30-40 seconds to extract the primary flavors (bloom).
4⃣ Continue pouring gradually in 3 batches until you reach 300 ml .
5⃣ Wait until the distillation is complete (about 2:30 - 3:30 minutes ) and enjoy a balanced cup with hints of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and caramel.
ICE V60 Recipe (Ratio 1:10)
1⃣ Rinse the filter paper with hot water, then place the ice in the glass cup.
2⃣ Add the coffee to the funnel and start the first brew by pouring 40 ml of water, and leave it for 30-40 seconds.
3⃣ Continue pouring gradually until you reach 200 ml .
4⃣ Wait until the distillation is complete (about 2:30 - 3:30 minutes ) then gently stir the iced coffee.
