  • 20 grams of medium-ground coffee
  • 300 ml water at 92-96°C

Preparation steps

1⃣ Rinse the filter paper with hot water to remove any papery flavors.

2⃣ Add the coffee to the funnel and distribute it evenly.

3⃣ Pour 50 ml of water and leave it for 30-40 seconds to extract the primary flavors.

4⃣ Continue pouring gradually until you reach 300 ml.

5⃣ Wait until the distillation is complete (about 2:30 - 3:30 minutes) and enjoy a balanced cup with hints of honey, caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut.

ICE V60 Recipe (Ratio 1:10)

  • 20 grams of medium-ground coffee
  • 100 grams of ice in a cup
  • 200 ml hot water at 92-96°C

Preparation steps

1⃣ Rinse the filter paper with hot water, then put the ice in the glass cup.

2⃣ Add the coffee to the funnel and start the first brew by pouring 40 ml of water, and leave it for 30-40 seconds.

3⃣ Continue pouring gradually until you reach 200 ml.

4⃣ Wait until the distillation is complete (about 2:30 - 3:30 minutes) and then gently stir the iced coffee.

5⃣ Enjoy a refreshing cold coffee with flavors of honey, caramel, hazelnut, and a creamy touch of vanilla!

Tip: The grind can be adjusted for more pronounced flavors or a thicker texture, depending on preference.
